HOW TO REACH THE CAMPSITE IL BOSCHETTO DI PIEMMA
By public transportation:
Take a train or a bus to Poggibonsi. From Poggibonsi you can take the bus to San Gimignano. In San Gimignano you must take the bus to Santa Lucia and it will bring you in front of the campsite.
The reception of the campsite is at your disposal to solve all your problems regarding the way to reach San Gimignano, including timetables for trains and bus.
Shuttel bus from Florence Airport and Poggibonsi on request.
For example:
From Pisa Airport (www.pisa-airport.com)
Take the train outside the airport to Pisa Centrale. From Pisa Centrale take the train to Florence. At Empoli train stop take the train to Siena and continue until Poggibonsi train stop.
From Florence Airport (www.aeroporto.firenze.it)
Take the public shuttle bus to Santa Maria Novella station. Take the train to Siena until Poggibonsi train stop.

By car:
From northern Italy
Drive the highway A1 (E35), exit at FIRENZE-IMPRUNETA and drive the Supertrada Siena-Firenze direction Siena, then exit at POGGIBONSI NORD. Follow directions to SAN GIMIGNANO for 10 kilometers. Once you get into San Gimignano, at the first roundabout turn to left direction VOLTERRA and then take the first road on the left direction SANTA LUCIA.
From southern Italy
Drive the highway A1 (E35), exit VALDICHIANA/BETTOLLE and take the superstrada to Siena. In Siena take the superstrada direction Florence and exit at POGGIBONSI NORD. Follow directions to SAN GIMIGNANO for 10 kilometers. Once you get into San Gimignano, at the first roundabout turn to left direction VOLTERRA and then take the first road on the left direction SANTA LUCIA.
